How do I close my account?
Though it’s sad to see you leave, if you decide to close your Zazoo account, we’re here to help.
Closure requirements
- All your accounts, have a balance of zero
- You have no open chargeback requests
You may close your Online Payment Account at any time by informing us of your request.
Go Zazoo Ltd and its partner FinXP Ltd will only accept such instruction from the Authorized Person linked to the IBAN Account. Upon the closure of the Online Payment Account, we will cancel all pending transactions. You must withdraw your balance prior to closing your Account.
You will not be able to evade an investigation by closing your Online Payment Account. If you close your Online Payment Account while an investigation is ensuing, we may hold your funds for our protection or the protection of our Affiliates or a third party against the risk of Reversals, Chargebacks, Claims, fees, fines, penalties, and other liability. You will remain liable for all obligations related to your Online Payment Account even after the Account is closed.
